January Facebook Competition

Activate Foods January Facebook Competition Terms & Conditions.

Entrants must:

  1. Like competition post and
  2. Comment with a new dish they would like to see on our menu
  3. Complete the above between 4/01/2017 - 18/01/2017

Eligibility

To be eligible for the prize the entrant must be:

  1. 18 years or older
  2. Reside within Activate Foods Delivery suburbs. Found here.
  3. Winner must make contact with us within 24hours or a new winner will be drawn

Prize

Winner will receive 5 meals a week for 3 weeks, delivered to a suburb within Activate Foods delivery zones.

To order meals, the winner will receive a code to use on activatefoods.com.au.

Prize expires on Saturday March 18th 2017.

Total value: Up to $232.50

Winner

Winning entry will be determined by Activate Foods Team at 8pm Thursday 19th January 2017. 

Indemnity

By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook & Activate Foods from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
